Terms of Service

2.1. Functionality

Amaya Stories allows Users to:

• Create AI-generated children's storybooks and coloring books
• Specify story themes, age ranges, and preferences
• Generate free 2-page demo books without an account
• Purchase credits or subscribe for full 12-page books
• Download generated books as high-quality PDFs (300 DPI, A4 format)

2.2. Service Tiers

• Free Demo: Generate unlimited 2-page demo books (with watermark)
• Credit Packages: Purchase credits ($20 for 10 books, $30 for 20 books, $50 for 50 books)
• Unlimited Subscription: $20/month for unlimited book generation with no watermarks

2.3. Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, and technical issues may temporarily affect service availability. We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance when possible.

3.1. Registration

To purchase credits or subscribe, you must create an account using Google OAuth. By registering, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• The information you provide is accurate and current

3.2. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for creating appropriate children's content
• Not generate offensive, inappropriate, or harmful content
• Not attempt to circumvent usage limits or payment systems
• Not use automated tools to mass-generate content without permission
• Not resell or redistribute generated content as a competing service
• Not reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the AI models

3.3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4.1. Platform Ownership

All rights to the Amaya Stories platform, including software, design, trademarks, and logos, belong to Cyrolo LLC. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the platform or its components.

4.2. Generated Content Ownership

Full Book (12 Pages): For books generated with purchased credits or an active subscription, you receive full ownership rights to the generated content. You may:

• Use the books for personal or commercial purposes
• Print and distribute the books
• Sell the books (as complete works)
• Modify the books for your use

Demo Books (2 Pages): Demo books are provided for evaluation purposes only and include watermarks. You may use them for personal review but not for commercial distribution.

Important Restrictions: You may NOT extract individual AI-generated images to create a competing AI image generation service or image library. The generated content is licensed for creating and distributing complete storybooks, not for building derivative AI services.

5.1. AI Service - No Guarantees

Amaya Stories uses advanced artificial intelligence services to generate illustrations and content. While we strive for quality, we DO NOT guarantee that:

• Every generated book will perfectly match your expectations
• The AI will interpret your prompt exactly as intended
• Generated images will always be technically perfect
• The content will be free from all AI artifacts or inconsistencies

If you are dissatisfied with a generation, you can try again with a refined prompt. For subscribers, this is unlimited. For credit users, each generation consumes one credit.

5.2. Content Appropriateness

Our AI is configured to generate age-appropriate, family-friendly content. However, AI systems can sometimes produce unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before sharing it with children.

If you encounter inappropriate content, please report it to us immediately at info@amayastories.com.

5.3. No Warranties - Service Provided "As Is"

The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of perfect AI generation quality
• Warranties of uninterrupted service
• Warranties of fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties of merchantability

6.1. Pricing and Payment

Current pricing is available on our pricing page. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods supported by Stripe.

Prices are in USD and may be subject to change with notice to existing subscribers.

6.2. Credits

Purchased credits:

• Do not expire
• Are tied to your account
• Are non-refundable once used
• Cannot be transferred to another account

6.3. Subscriptions

Subscriptions:

• Automatically renew monthly unless cancelled
• Can be cancelled at any time
• Remain active until the end of the current billing period after cancellation
• Are non-refundable for partial months

To cancel your subscription, visit Account Settings → Purchases → Cancel Subscription.

6.4. Refund Policy

Credits: Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if no credits have been used. Once you generate a book using a credit, that credit is considered used and non-refundable.

Subscriptions: We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.

9.1. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced on the website and via email to registered users. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9.2. Termination

By You: You may terminate your account at any time through Account Settings. Your generated books will remain accessible for download for 30 days after account deletion.

By Us: We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Service.
